Possible issue with TPS92602-Q1 Transient Model for PSPICE. Immediate assertion of DIAG2 pin.

The example project provided with the model within the download folder (slum419.zip) results in an immediate assertion of pin 13 (DIAG2).  The same model was used in another project and performed exactly the same.

The example project provided with the model configures each section of this dual-channel controller identically, yet channel 2 immediately faults as evidenced by DIAG2 being pulled to 3V.

Could someone please test this PSPICE model and report if they observe the same behavior and if so, how to work-around?
