We have verified that the circuit your customer provided is not functioning correctly. I have not yet isolated what the problem is with the circuit or with the model. We are investigating the issue in PSpice currently. I believe that if your customer uses a 1uF output capacitor, the simulation should run as expected, but I am not exactly clear on the load resistors being used. I do not normally see a 20R value for the resistor (I am assuming 20 Ohms). The reference design functions correctly, however. Please note that it is a 15V design with a 3.6V input. Here is the waveform from it:

I hope this information helps. We have not yet determined what the cause for the error is in the customer's design.
