AHCU04 spice model

Hello,

We are looking for your pspice model of your 54AHCU04.

(I seen your HSPICE model but I can't use it nor import in PSPICE).

If not, do you have any information to help us to built a spice model?

We have presently a spice model of HCU04. It's a subcircuit with the input resistor, input/output capacitance and the 2 MOSFET transistors.
If you have spice parameters of your MOS transistor embedded in AHCU technologie, it will make me happy :).

Simon,

We do not have a pspice model available for this device. I do not have access to internal transistor parameters, and they would be considered proprietary.

I will check with the commercial team to see if there are any other options.

There is an IBIS model that can be used for signal integrity analysis.

Thanks for your answer.

I know that your internal transistor parameters are proprietary since your HSPICE model is encrypted :(.

We don't need to have a direct access at thoses parameters but only simulate the beaviour of the AHCU04. Maybe you can generate an encrypted PSPICE model from your HSPICE model?

We really need to study the behaviour for different VCC and temperatures.
