We do not have a psim model for the UCC25600. We do have a TINA-TI reference design available in the product folder. Unfortunately, this unencrypted PSpice model would require an NDA before we could provide it. If you wish to obtain the unencrypted PSpice model with an NDA, please follow the instructions in the FAQ:

Pay particular attention to the step listed under getting the unencrypted model, step 3.
