I tried looking for and requesting this unencrypted SPICE model for the UCC28070. The below link would not work for me.
2. Many models on www.ti.com continue to be encrypted. If you do need these in unencrypted format, please contact your TI Field Applications Engineer or submit a request through http://www-k.ext.ti.com/sc/technical-support/email-tech-support.asp and they should be able to help you with this request. Note that this may need a valid NDA with TI.
