Hi Marcio ,

The available TI models will be listed under the tools and software tabs of the product folder and we have IBIS and HSPICE models for TXB.

I have not come across a 3D model before. what is the use case of the 3D model ?

i could move the thread into the modelling forum , if they have any inputs. Please let me know .

Hi Shreyas,

There is a lot of 3D models at the link you sent me, but I couldn´t find the DQS (USON-20) package. The use is for better IC visualization at the PCB board.

there may or may not exist a 3D model with this package .
