Yamamoto-san,

We do not have a PSpice model for the -Q1 device in the product folder, however, we do have a TINA-TI model for the LMV342 device (dual version of the LMV341) built into TINA-TI.

Here is the .lib file that TINA-TI uses:

LMV342.lib

You can always generate the .olb file from the .lib file using the Model Editor from the PSpice tools (Cadence OrCad).

Yamamoto-san,

I would like to add that the LMV342 model is very close to the Q1 version with the following exceptions:

1) Vcm is from 2.7V to 5.5V instead of 2.5V to 2.7V
2) The actual Q1 device has a little better CMRR, noise and Vos.
3) The model has worse Ib.

Nonetheless you can certainly use the aforementioned model to conduct many simulations.
