hi sir,i need 28v to 5v dc to dc converter and have selected TPS54231 ic.i have simulated in tina ti software but i didnt get the output voltage of 5V .i have connected the circuit with reference to the application notes in this datasheet but i an getting voltage of 6.81mV,please help me out.
