We do not have a Spice model available for this device. All available spice models can be found using the link below. You also mentioned CAD file in your subject line. Are you looking for Symbols and Footprints. If so, you can find it here: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

Nikhil-

A SPICE model would be most appreciated; is it possible to get in the queue?

I need to simulate some over-voltage and surge conditions that require modeling several other devices outside the usual circuit.
