TINA/Spice/LMH6521: LMH6521 Spice model gives unexpected 1.5 dB gain valley between 100MHz and 400MHz

Part Number: LMH6521
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

This is the simulation graph with the LMH6521 ADS spice model from the following address:

www.ti.com/.../snoj009

This is the gain curve for both the default setting from the extracted project and manually modified output loading according to datasheet. As seen, there is a noticeable drop of about 1.5 dB between 100MHz and 400 MHz.

This is not in line with the datasheet of LHM6521 (REVISED AUGUST 2016).

The question is then which should be trusted before going into the direction of analyzing the effect of this ripple in baseband.
