TINA/Spice: I Can't Change Bias Current

Hello,

I try to simulate figure 26 in AN-1645.

I can not see any change on bias current which on R5 and R11 when i adjust R1,R38 and R10. How can i measure table 3 renesas bias currents with multimeter in tina ti ? I tried of hours and many things but there is no solution .

Please help.
