hi~

Our customers found that OPA4171 can't operate normally in our application because of the back to back diode.

but we didn't find this problem in our TINA simulation result with OPA171 TINA spice model.

It seems like it doesn't model the back to back diode in OPA4171's model.

Can you offer the modified model with back to back diode

or please tell me how can I model these diodes externally(like forward voltage drop=?...)

The model I used was download from the website the same as you pasted.

but I found that bakc to back diodes were not modeled in the model.

I have to use modified model or know how to model that diode in TINA for our application.

Hi Willy,

Consider using the TLV171 model which does include circuitry to model the behavior of the back-to-back diodes inside the OPA171 and TLV171 devices.
