Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi.
I am working with Tina- TI. Where I am working with a transimpedance amplifier. Am trying to plot the AOL gain Noise gain and I-to-V-Gain. I am using an amp-meter (AM1) as a measure of the current.
When doing a AC-transfer characteristic, the AM1 (green). I have attached the schematic. Stability Analysis12.TSC has peaks at certain frequencies. I made sure that circuit is stabil by doing the calculations, so have no idea why this is happening.

I have now tried to plot in the following elements. AOL (open loop Gain) (VOUT/VF1), Noisegain VF2/VF1 and I_to_V_Gain VOUT/AM2.
But it appears that the I-to-V Gain is bigger than the AOL gain – Can anybody see where I made an error?

I have changed my circuit a little bit – now using OPA3355.
What I more precisely don’t understand is how my I-to-V-gain can be larger than the AOL gain, how is that possible (at low frequencies)?
This is my specs, I would expect:
Bandwidth: 500kHz
I_To_V_Gain: 135 db
Fz (zero) at 2kHz
Fi(intercept pole ) at 800kHz (intercept between the noisegain and AOL)
Unfortunately I don’t see results close to this.
What I like to see, is something like this.
