Hello，

I downloaded the LMH6626 Spice model from the Ti.com. And I extracted the zip file. I could not found the LMH6626 Spice model and I just only found the LMH6624.MOD. but the LMH6624 is different from LMH6626 in noise-current and noise-voltage. So how can I find the LMH6626 Spice model?

Bohai,

I checked our databases and there doesn't seem to be a dedicated LMH6626 model.

The available model seems to have an input-referred voltage noise of about 0.9nV/rt(Hz) and current noise of about 2pA/rt(Hz).
The voltage noise is a little lower than the datasheet, while the current noise is about halfway between the LMH6624/LMH6626 values in the datasheet.

Hi John，
I want a accurate spice noise model for LMH6626. If I can't find a LMH6626 spice model, I have a plan for modifying the LMH6624 spice model and let the noise parameter accord with the LMH6626. So,I need to know the method of noise modelling in LMH6624.MOD. Could you offer a document for it?

Bohai,
I am sorry to say we do not have documentation about the inner workings of the model.
It might be possible to increase the noise and current noise by adding sources external to the model, but that is just a guess at this point.
