  • TI Thinks Resolved

TINA/Spice/SN74AUP1G14: TINA-TI Spice Model Available?

Part Number: SN74AUP1G14

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

Is there a TINA-TI Spice Model for the SN74AUP1G14? It'd be great if there were TINA-TI models for all of the Tiny Logic family, but I'm mostly interested in the SN74AUP1G14 at the moment.

Regards,

Jeremy

  • Hi Jeremy,
I can build a behavioral model for the SN74AUP1G14 for Tina-TI. I will get that posted in the next hour or so.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Please see the attached model.

I want to mention that this is a behavioral model -- it will act much like the device, but it is not 100% representative of the real device.  For example, you can input 100V to this device and it won't complain a bit, but the real device would fail spectacularly at that input :)

If you find something that does not respond the way you would expect, please let me know and I can look into it.

    Hi Emrys,

Thanks so much for creating a model for the SN74AUP1G14 that is compatible with Tina-TI. I'll take a look and let you know if I run into any problems.

    Regards,

    Jeremy
