[FAQ] TINA/Spice: Special Functions in TINA-TI

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

How do I build my own building blocks in TINA-TI for simulating larger systems?

  • here are many different circuits that can be used in TINA-TI that may be useful for simulations of larger circuits. This is a collection of a few such circuits that should be able to be used in your TINA-TI simulations. Each is set up with an example circuit that shows the usage of the circuit. The circuits are contained in the .zip file below.

    1.) Simple current limiter

    2.) Voltage Controlled Resistor

3.) Periodic Pulse from a single pulse waveform

    4.) Time delayed sinusoidal source

    5.) Comparator function

    6.) Voltage limiting function

More circuits will be added as needed. We hope that these examples will speed up your development and simulations using TINA-TI.
