TINA/Spice/TS321: PSPICE

Part Number: TS321
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, , LM324, TLV9002, LM358

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Is there a PSPICE model available that is specific to the TS321 or, is this part fully represented by the LM324?

  • Hi Jeff,

There is no simulation model for the TS321 (you can confirm that by visiting ).

For cross reference, I'll move this question to the product team. You can also check the SelGuide.

    Thanks,
    JC

  • Yes, I noticed which is why I inquired.  STM has a model for their version of this IC, However, I was just looking to see if, perhaps, the general consensus for modeling the TI device was to use a LM324. Thanks for the reference to SelGuide.

  • Hi Jeff,

The closest models we have are for the LM324 or LM358. Unfortunately those models are quite old and may not be a great starting point for your design. Are you committed to using these older LM parts? I would highly recommend our new TLV9002 - it has an incredibly accurate modern model, a great price structure, and is easy to use.

Let me know what your application is and perhaps I can help you out a bit further.

    Thanks!
    Paul
