I do need to use xtr117 and i am confuse about it's actual circuit,so Please provide me xtr117 tina-ti simulation model for 4~ 20 mA Output.

Hi Mit,

We don't have an official spice model for the XTR117, but we do have a behavioral model that captures the basic dc operation and can be used for evaluating your configuration. See attached:
