A customer sent me a .mht file of a design he did in switcherpro. How can I open this file or import it into the online switcherpro? Is this even possible at this time or do they have to send the design directly to my inbox?

Thanks,

Faizul Bacchus

the best way to send a design to another user in switcherpro is to go to the info tab.

There you can input the target email address of the other user (catch, it must be the email address as recognized by the switcherpro system, not just some email address.  it must be the one they log in with.)

Put in the address, hit send and then it will tell you that the design is sent or not.

The target user must then go to his switcherPro "inbox" located at the bottom of the left hand side of the screen,  expand that node and you'll see the design they sent.  there is no actual email going on here. it's making an internal copy from one user to another, using the email address only to identify the target user.

    hope this helps
