QUICK MODE and SHOW ALL RAILS.

Can you advise the differences?

Quick mode will show you the top few solutions for your requirements. It gets the result to you quickly. "Show All Rails" will give you many more solutions for comparison but takes a little longer (though still quite fast) to get these results to you.
