TPS40170-Q1 WEBENCH simulation won't start due to EN pin not connected.

I have been performing some WEBENCH simulations with the TPS40170-Q1 and the TPS40170 controllers and I noticed that the Q1 device would not start in the startup simulation. I believe the cause is that the EN pin is not connected and stays at ground. Is this a mistake in the schematic for the Q1 device? The TPS40170 has the EN connected to a resistor divider but the startup simulation is incorporated.
