LM5088 Webench - Custom Part

Can you plesae share your design such as what are the Vins, Vout and Iout? We will take a look.

It is synchronised to run at 300kHz.

I would like freely chose other loop components and output filter components and then run a bode plot simulation based on the updated schematic.

example: To change Ccomp2 the custom possibility is NOT enabled. See below:

Hi Jorgen,

Thank you for posting the schematic and I see that you are using the Inverting Buck-Boost (IBB) topology for your design. Unfortunately, the Inverting Buck-Boost topology in WEBENCH is still on our old software platform and we have not had the chance to upgrade it yet. So, one of the restriction is that it won’t allow the user to select custom components. I’m sorry for the restriction and I apologize for the inconvenience.

OK, when will Inverting Buck-Boost be transferred to the new platform??

Do you have some recommendations how to manually calculate the Bode transfer function manually or semi automatic for the Inverting Buck-Boost topology??

Sorry Jorgen,

I know we are planning to update our IBB software but I don't know when.

Since the IBBs were old, I don't have any documentation to share. I do have an Ispice model, will be happy to share it..
