Please do you have an adjustable version of the TPS709? A parametric search did not reveal such a device with 30V input, maybe 24V output, and reverse current protection.

You can search for these devices on the LDO page.

You can choose to filter the results by feature, voltage, and current. I believe that the TPS79801-Q1 may meet your needs, but I was unsure of the current range since you did not state it. for lower current, there may be additional parts as well.
