Hi,

My customer is using WEBENCH at LM5166.
We have a issue at Thermal simulation.

Please see "LM5166DRCT_22uH tab" and "LM5166DRCT_10uH tab" in the attached file.
Setting of WEBENCH at the first is Vin:24V, Vout:3.3V and Iout:120mA.
Then, inductance is changed from default value.
Customer selected two inductance which are 10uH and 22uH.

At using thermal simulation, customer has a issue.
Operation point of simulation result is same.
But the pictures of thermal have difference.
Could you let me know why we see this simulation result, please?

    Hi Shimizu-san,

    Thank you for sharing the data. I have reviewed the user's design. 

    The different coloration of the thermal images as resulted of a custom 10uF Inductor is used and hence the simulation results did show some differences as i have reviewed the design. 

    But the captured screen shoot for the 10uF Inductor design still shows the 22uF part number in the simulation results.  The issue is maybe the browser has not yet refreshed. Could you please request the user to reload the design by go to My Designs/Projects on the top left corner of the window.
