Dear team,
Could you please get a look at the webench model for LMR14030/LMR14030-Q1 ?
When I try to create a simple design (7 to 17Vin, 5V @ 2A out, 30°C Ta), Webench is not willing to answer my request due to a thermal limitation, which is clearly not the case.
If Ta=0°C, then we are able to simulate, with a very limited Ic temp raise.
LMR14020 model seems to work with the same conditions.
Can you please have a look at this ?
