Hello

Does WEBENCH has any API? I have got my BOM and I need to find any position from TI BOM (first or alternative).

For example TI BOM has xal6030-102MEB, but I haven't got it in main, so I use alternative in TI BOM is MLC7540, but it isn't in my BOM too, so I use second alternative in TI BOM is CDRH127 and I have got this too.

So I want to create script to auto finding, but need WEBENCH API.

P.S. Please give opportunity to copy-past from TI BOM!

    Hi Andrew,
    WEBENCH Power Designer does not have an API for searching for particular components. Note that if you have a particular part number that matches the search limits for a component, you may create a "custom part" with its part number and values. (Go to the BOM view, click "Select Alternate Part", and see the search limits just under the select part's info. Create a "custom part" using the red button at the bottom of the page.)

    To extract the BOM for a WEBENCH Power Design into a document or report, see that at the top of the BOM view, there is a button to export to Excel. The file includes component identifier, part number, manufacturer, and some key attributes.
