What's the difference between red 'Design' button and blue green 'Design' button?

I am wondering what criteria determine the color of the design button.

Hi,
The blue "design" buttons indicate the WEBENCH Interactive design preview is available. The red "design" button indicate the design will be opened in the full version of WEBENCH Power Designer (e.g. Interactive preview is not available).
