WEBENCH® Tools/TPS53515: About choosing inductor

Hi,

Could you tell me about inductor selection criteria of webench?
The simulation results of webench became a following.
Recommended inductor was 1.2uH.

Customer input condition is:
-Vin:14V
-Vout:1.1V
-Iout:10.7A
-Fsw: 400kHz

However,It was 0.71uH when calculated based on the datasheet page24 ''Choose the Inductor''.
Please tell me the reason why the recommended value differs between webench and datasheet.

    Dear Yusuke-san,

    WEBENCH models are using the above inductor equation. The difference between your calculation and TPS53515 WEBENCH model is due to the inductor ripple current criteria.
    It seems that you are using 33.5% of the output current versus 22.4% used by the WEBENCH model.

    You can over write this percentage by using the advanced options.
