I do believe that the transformer core that WEBENCH selected for me are the wrong one.
It's a core without an air gap.
for example:
Isolated output
Vmin 6, Vmax 22, Vout 4.35, Iout 5.4
LM5022
B66311G0000X187 is a core without air gap, AL about 1470, and 6 turns will result in L typ 70uH, not 3uH as in the schematics
B66311G0500X187 (air gaped ) with AL 171 and 6 turns will have something like L 3.3 ... 4.0 uH, more reasonable.
