WEBENCH® Tools: Does Webench filter architect still work?

Hello all,

I've searched the forums, it seems some people still use Webench.  I cannot get it to load in either Chrome or Firefox.  I have Flash enabled, however, I get to a webpage that says:

BUT IT NEVER LOADS.

Why doesn't T.I. indicate how to invoke this tool that they refer to in their app notes?
