Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

when i connect my oscilloscope probe in between any two point of ground of pcb i observe this swithcing noise. i have ground plan on my pcb . and also decoupling caps connected . how to reduce this swithcing noise

Is this design based on the EVM board or a WEBENCH design? If so, can you please share the WEBENCH design?

no its not related to any design on evm or tian ti or web bench . its the schematics designed by my self will it be ok if i upload the schematics and the points at which i connect my oscilloscope probe
