I followed this process on windows 10 and am having problems connecting to the lightcrafter. Specifically, plugging in the lightcrafter usb connection seems to break my network settings. When I click the network icon in the windows notification area, the pop-up dialog does not appear and when I attempt to open network settings (view network status and tasks) in the control panel the control panel hangs. The driver assigned to the lightcrafter in device manager is: c:\windows\system32\drivers\usb8023.sys

I waited over 30 seconds and the notification pop up did not open. I've tried updating the driver as described above and tried installing on a different machine and the same problem occurs.
