Part Number: DLPLCR6500EVM
After initially starting up properly for several days, we now see an error indicator on the board, upon close inspection we noticed that the controller board has visible damage (specifically the area near c332), please see attached photo.
We do not see a connection to the DMD being made through the software.
The power supply we used was the recommended one according to the specations 12 VDC, 5A max
