I connected an AC adaptor with DLPLCR4500EVM, but it did not turn on. D3 and D7 lamps turned on. However, fun was not working. Could you give me advice.

  • Hello,

Could you please confirm what AC adapter you are using and what the voltage and current rating of the adapter is?

    Thanks,
    Kyle

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.
The voltage and current of my adapter are 12V and 7A, respectively.

    Hi,

Can you confirm there is no activity on LED D4? Also, kindly put a jumper on the header J18 to short it, power the EVM up and then connect it to a PC. Now try to reflash the DLPC350 with the Latest DLPLCR4500 GUI v3.1.0. Kindly reflash the EVM using the latest DLPC350 firmware v4.0.3. Now remove the jumper and restart the EVM. The EVM should now boot normally.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Hirak.
