Part Number: DLP3010EVM-LC
When I connected the DLP3010EVM to the computer by the usb-cable，the projector did not work and the splash image did not show.I found that the D8,D9 and D11 leds blinked together four times.
Before the problem occurs, I was testing the Light Control(Internal Patterns) . I clicked the Program and Load Pattern Data, then the progress bar was stuck. Wait about 1 minute, I cut off the power. When I power again, the projector didn't work.

I have tried as your suggestion but it didn't work.
I confirmed I used the latest version of the GUI and the firmware.The product was bought on 19th,Feb,2019.The GUI and the firmware are downloaded from the official website.
My DLP's situation:
SW1 OFF:D1,D2,D5,D6,D7 ON, D9 blinks about 3 times then OFF;
SW1 ON:D1,D3,D5,D6 ON
Thanks for your reply.
The firmware that I used is the newest version.And the DLP worked normally before this problem happened.So I am certain there is no problem with the firmware.
