Part Number: DLPC350
I make a new design on the DLPC350 + DLP4500 and the Port 2 (FPD-LINK interface ) has been selected as the video port.
The DMD projection function is ok when i use the internal pattern to test it.
In video mode, the DMD can continue to project hundreds of image stream from FPD-LINK interface .
But i found DLPC350 frame buffer frozen after it receved hundreds of frames. I monitor current read buffer pointer but the value of feed back is not exchange.
I can't find any description about what will lead to the buffer freeze in datasheet or UG.
I have checked the frame timing, it match the spec.
what can I do to troubleshoot the issue?
What firmware are you currently using?

DLPR350PROM_v3.1.0.bin which is from TI.
It can get the firmware version from DLP LightCrafter 4500 Control Software.

Hi Jhing Li, As understood from the description above, you are operating the device in "Pattern sequence from video source" mode, am I correct? In that case, can you provide us the INI of the pattern configuration you are using? Also kindly provide the video timings you are using. This will help us to reproduce the issue at our end.
