Part Number: DLPLIGHTCRAFTER

Hi:

We got an DLPLIGHTCRAFTER evaluation module around 8 years ago

( www.ti.com/.../DLPLIGHTCRAFTER )

We discovered that the LED luminosity output has decayed to a point that

we have to replace the LEDs for our use.

May I ask what are the RGB LEDs part numbers for this model  ?

I found part numbers for your other devices but haven't found for our model.

Can you provide us?

Compatible LED models will be very helpful as well.

    Welcome to DLP Forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.

    The optical engine used in DLP Light Crafter ( www.ti.com/.../DLPLIGHTCRAFTER ) is sourced from third-party. In last 8 years , we have replaced model of optical engine, including supplier. I will try to get the information on LED but it may be very difficult.

    I strongly recommend to use one the latest light control EVM based on DLPC3470/DLP2010 - "DLP® 2010 Light Control Evaluation Module" . www.ti.com/.../dlp2010evm-lc

    Hello Yu,

    You can see the following LED part numbers in the Lightcrafter user's guide. Unfortunately some of these older parts may be more difficult to find which may require you to contact Osram for replacement part number information. Additionally, it is very difficult to properly replace the LEDs in the light engine and properly align them. If they are not properly aligned, the image will not be as bright.

    Red LED: LE A Q9WN
    Green LED: L CG H9RN
    Blue LED: LE B Q9WN
