  • Hi Jie Yan,

Thank you very much for your post and interest in DLP ECD Display products. I am happy to assist you with your questions!

Before I can successfully diagnose the problem, can I ask you a few questions? Can you please provide more detail into your hardware setup? What DMD are you controlling with your DLPC4422? Are you using a circuit you designed yourself or are you using a board created from the TI.com reference design files? Is this the first time you have seen this issue with your board? Were you able to communicate over I2C with the DMD before?

Also, I'd like to confirm that you have changed the communication setting on the DLPC4422 GUI to "DeVaSys". As a quick reminder, you can check this setting by opening the GUI, clicking "Edit" on the top menu, the selecting "Preferences" and ensuring "DeVaSys" is selected under "I2C Interfaces".

    Thanks,

    Brandon

  • Hi Brandon

    1.1910-6137 controlled by DLP4422.
2.THE Board created by TI.com reference design file。
3.yes,I saw it for the first time and I have not successfully communicated before.
4.I have successfully set up "I2C Interfaces" via the GUI.The "DeVaSys" driver is "UsbI2cIoDrivers0500x64.msi"

    Thanks。
  • Hi Fxfx,

Thank you for your responses to my previous questions.

Where are you getting the error messages from? Are they coming from the DLPC4422? Are you able to communicate over the USB interface? Are other functions on the board working properly, for example, are input voltages to the DLPC4422 correct? I want to ensure the DLPC4422 is receiving power.

Have you tried to Read from the DLPC4422 via the GUI?

    Thanks,

    Brandon
