Compiler/DLP4500: Compiler error missing header file

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to compile the mainwindow.cpp in which GUI source code is included. However, I get some missing error files like ../GUI/hidapi-master/testgui/mac_support.cpp:11:27: fatal error: Carbon/Carbon.h: No such file or directory. I cannot find this header folder. I was wondering how to get the header file.

Are you using the latest version of the code available on ti.com?

I am using the code sources built in GUI folder (mainwindow).

I am working with Win 7-64bit and Qt 5.3.2.

Hi Sarah,

Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of the LightCrafter 4500 which is 3.1.0. After extracting "LightCrafter4500_GUI_Source_Code_v3.1.0.zip"., go to the extracted folder, right click "LCr4500.pro" and open with QT. After clicking "Configure Project" try building again. Kindly let us know if this works.
