DLP4710EVM-LC: I2C error while trying to gain access

Hi,

I have tried upload pattern set to projector, during this process was stopped by I2C error. Now, I get information

while I want to set some setting in ,,DLP Pico Display and Light Control''. Projector not display an image, not working via HDMI.

Could you have any idea how fix the problem?

Hello,

Are you otherwise able to operate the projector via the GUI? Could you please confirm what version of the GUI you are using? Please also confirm the firmware version of the DLP4710EVM-LC.

I canot do anything, after get EVM information i see:

I have tried update this firmware from
http://www.ti.com/tool/DLP4710EVM-LC
but i still have the same problem.

Hi User,

The firmware is likely corrupted due to interruption of pattern upload. You'll have to directly access the SPI flash without using USB or GUI and update the firmware.
