I want to look for a complete document on DLP NIRScan bluetooth communication because I found the DLP® NIRScan ™ Nano EVM User's Guide incomplete. I wasn't able to develop well with these documents.

Unfortunately we have already provided all the existing documentation for NIRScan Nano SW on this page : http://www.ti.com/tool/DLPNIRNANOEVM.
Since the NIRScan Nano SW is open source, you can also take a look into the code to get more understanding on how to send/receive commands over bluetooth.

The project can be built with Code Composer Studio. The specific build instructions can be found on NIRScanNano User Guide.
