DLPC350: After update of DLPR350PROM from 3.1.0 to 4.0.3 we observe glitch on trigger out 1 for all settings of rising edge delay except 0x00

Part Number: DLPC350
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP4500,

After updating DLPR350PROM firmware from 3.1.0 to 4.0.3 in preparation to support new revisions of the DLP4500 chip, we have observed an issue with the new firmware in our application. We use the trigger out 1 signal to count exposed frames, with the new firmware we observe a glitch which causes frame count to be off by one. See attached oscilloscope screenshot. The glitch becomes shorter with decreased rising edge delay for trigger out 1. At trigger delay=0x01 the glitch only triggers our scope 50% of the time, and at 0x00 it seems to go completely away.

Why is this glitch there with the new firmware?

We'd like to understand this behavior and what has changed in the firmware. Can we be certain that setting the trigger delay to 0x00 always works?
