DLP4500: DLP4500 micromirror size

Hi,

I have a question about the DLP4500 micromirror.
Although there is a description of the micro mirror pitch size in the data sheet (eg 7.637um / 10.8um), how long is the length of one side of the mirror body?

And, is the size of the pivot (region with low reflectivity) in the center of the mirror?

Masa-san,

The page 25 of the DLP4500 datasheet has detailed picture with dimension of the mirror. The mirror size is 7.637 um x 7.637 um mirror. The tilt axis for the mirror is along diagonal.

The size of via (pivot in center) is a very small and this information is not published. Typically, it should not impact the performance of DMD. Could you please share concern or its impact on your application?

Hi Vivek,

Thank you for answering.
I think 7.637um is the pitch between the mirrors, not the length of one side of the mirror.
I want to know the length of the red line in the figure.

I would like to use DLP for 3D measurement and want to perform simulation. I would like to know if the result will change if I put this via part in the simulation.
