I have a lightcrafter, DLPLCRSoftwareBundle-3.0 and LightCrafterGUI-v5.0-Windows, but I'm having trouble using the GUI software properly.

Specifically, execute LightCrafterGUI.exe of LightCrafterGUI-v5.0-Windows, connection is not possible even if connect button is pressed, and No Connection is displayed even if such as Get key is pressed. 

Since this LightCrafter has already stopped selling, there is no GUI installer distributed on the website.

I suspect that some files available by the installer are missing.

Please tell me where I can get the installer.

    Can you provide us with the EVM model that you are using?  DLPLCR4500EVM for example.

    Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner.

    I probably use DLPLIGHTCRAFTER.
    However, it is difficult for me to determine if this is an EVM model, so I will attach a picture of the product I have.

    Hi,

    Have you used the EVM previously and was it conencting?

    Please refer to the thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp/f/94/t/380 515 there are few options discussed if there is a connection issue.

    Note the EVM uses TCP over USB Windows RNDIS driver on the PC side. Verify if the RNDIS driver installaed.

    As soon as you conenct USB you should see the PC recongising it as a TCP port. Also the EVM should proceed with displaying start-up splash logo images and then finally RGB color ramp image there is also a RED / GREEN status LED this should start blinking if there is no fault on the board.

    Since the EVM is old and there is limited support, i highly recommend to consider latest LightCrafter Display EVMs.
