Thanks for your time.
I saw this post and my customer have a similar issue like this. May I ask what is the cause to this issue?
Is your customer designing their own board (especially thier own flex cable)?
We were never able to determine the root cause, but the customer was designing their own board and DMD board and apparently had not correctly connected the signals.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

Many thanks for your reply.
Yes, My customer designed their own board. But they didn't use flex cable but a connection finger.
And their connection is as below:
DLPC900 DLP6500FYEDDA_P[15:0] D_BP[0:15]DDA_N[15:0] D_BN[0:15]DCKA_P DCLK_BPDCKA_N DCLK_BNSCA_P SCTRL_BPSCA_N SCTRL_BN
DDB_P[15:0] D_AP[0:15]DDB_N[15:0] D_AN[0:15]DCKB_P DCLK_APDCKB_N DCLK_ANSCB_P SCTRL_APSCB_N SCTRL_AN
I also let customer do the DMD bus swap of the firmware. But it didn't work. It is same in Pre-srored Pattern Mode and Internal test pattern.
Do you need the schematic?
In reply to Kevin Shi:
Could you please send the schematic?
I will send you friend request so that we can communicate individually if it is confodential.
