DLP3000-C300REF: DLP3000 cannot boot from NAND, can sometime boot from the SD card, how to fix?

Dear TI,

I've got one DLP3000 (out of six DLPs on a rig), which gets stuck in the booting sequence.

When I boot from NAND, the DLP stuck at 98% during booting.

When I boot from SD card, sometimes it succeeded, sometimes all the LEDs on the control board (top PCB) are OFF at 98%.

Does that mean the NAND is broken? How can I test/fix it?

Or is there a way to reliably boot from the SD card?

Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.

Unfortunately, the DLP3000 chip (and the LightCrafter EVM) has gone end of life and our team no longer provides technical support these products. For these reasons I'd like to recommend that you migrate your setup to a newer platform that is supported, like the DLP2010EVM-LC, DLP3010EVM-LC or the DLPLCR4500EVM.
