Young Optics' Light Engine in LightCrafter for LG PF1000U

I have LG PF1000U. Its 10 months old. The Display looks slightly faded on the right side after it was wall mounted. The image is sharp through out, but the color depth is less on the right side. 

I was told by the service engineer that it is because of faulty TIR prism and that the whole optical engine needs to be replaced. I'm not able to get the optical engine for LG pf1000u anywhere. I contacted young optics and they said they cannot deal with LG customers directly. 

I live in India and I had purchased this from Korea. I can't send it back for service because the customs rules are quite complicated. 

Can anyone help me out with this.

    Welcome to the E2E forums, and thanks for your interest in our DLP technology.

    Unfortunately, TI does not sell optical engines ourselves, since we work directly with optical engine manufacturer partners for new designs. I apologize for the inconvenience.
