DLPC3470: Recommendations for DLPC3470 compatible memory (that's not obsolete)

Hi All,

I am looking at the latest DLPC3470 data sheet (April 18), and all of the compatible memory recommendations are now obsolete, at least at Digikey. Further, the available selections (again from Digikey) are not supported by the 3470. For example the W25W128FW has multiple status registers which the data sheet specifically says are not supported.

Does anyone have a recommendation for flash suitable for a new product?

Hi Philippe,
Any luck finding compatible devices. All I have found on Digikey are devices with multiple status registers, which the specs say don't work.
