I have connected the DLP lightcrafter 4500 . GUI is working and showing everything but when connected using mini HDMI no projection is happening in video mode.

Hello Mani,

Please refer to item 20 on page 15 of the DLP® LightCrafter™ 4500 Evaluation Module User's Guide (Rev. E) . This shows the resolutions recognized. Also refer to item 3 under § 2.1 and § 3.1 Video Mode.

Your DVI output must be set to one of the video modes listed.

Already Setup on that setting but its like some time it works then it stops working as soon as its plucked out and plucked in again.

Hi Mani,

Can you clarify what issue it is that you are seeing? Are you attempting to use the EVM in pattern sequence mode with a video input or you're using just general video streaming?
