DLP4500: Pattern mode with video source - no green bit planes

Part Number: DLP4500

Hi,

I am using the DLP4500 in pattern mode with the source set to Video port.  The hardware is recognised by windows as a screen and I can display an extended desktop (of the correct native resolution) on the DMD display.  I displaly an image on the DMD display, full screen, which has bit plane 0 set to an image of "0", bit plane 1 set to an image of "1".....bit plane 23 set to an image of "23".

If I then set a pattern item, with G0 I will see the number "0", G1 I will see the number "1",..... B0 I will see the number "8", B1 i will see the number "15" etc.  However this only works up to 15.  If i set the pattern item to show bit plane 16 (expecting to see the number "16") I instead see a blank image.

It seems as though one of the colour channels is not getting through, any ideas why this might be?  One thing: in windows the available display modes for the DMD are all 32-bit, there is no option to move to 24-bit colour.

I have tried changing the input port data swap in the GUI and this moves the channels around, but there is always one channel that is missing....

Thanks
